Neuromuscular Therapy- A technique that involves the applying of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.
Deep Tissue Massage- Massage that is directed toward the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia.
Sports Massage- Massage designed for athletes before, during, and after as a part of training regimen to enhance performance and endurance, lessen soreness and reduce the risk of an injury.
Thai Massage- Through compressions, pressure on specific points and stretches to release blockages, a free flow of energy is restored. Thai massage is performed on a mat over clothing. No oil or lotion is used. This is one of the world's oldest healing modalities. It is a blend of massage, acupressure, energy work, and gentle yoga stretches. The client wears comfortable clothing and lies on the floor on a soft mat. Benefits from a session may include: releasing tight joints, stretching muscles, increasing range of motion, and reducing stress.
