The Grey Horse Inn has customized a number of services that we would like to offer to Corporations and Small Businesses. Our Inn will provide your customers, employees and/or partners with lodging in an upscale bed and breakfast and price that is competitive with any other lodging facilities in Northern Virginia.  We also offer private meeting and executive retreat facilities that are fully turn-key in the comfort of relaxed, quiet surroundings. The Inn can package an environment for productive and effective meetings with lodging for your out of town guests.

Finally, why not treat your top notch employees, your most productive partners, or your best customers to the reward program at the Grey Horse Inn. When you buy a stay at the Grey Horse Inn, we will add an upgrade commiserate with the length of stay purchased (see attached offering page).

Lodging at the Grey Horse Inn for $95 per weekday (Sunday-Thursday) night includes:

• 15% discount off normal weekday prices of $112 per night;

• Complementary wine, sherry or port in the Inn’s parlors;
• Homemade baked goods available all the time;
• Queen and King size beds with luxurious down pillows/comforters and sumptuous linen;
• Wireless high speed Internet access available in all rooms of the Inn;

Small Business Meeting and Executive Retreat facilitiesat the Grey Horse Inn for $213 per day (Monday-Friday from 8AM to 5PM) includes:

• 15% discount from the normal $250 per day fee;
• Comfortable and private parlors/meeting rooms appointed with antique furniture that is both comfortable and functional;
• Wireless high speed Internet access available in all the rooms;
• Full customizable lunch usually $15 per person in the Inn’s upscale dining room;
• Full morning and afternoon break service ($5 per person) that includes all beverages, baked goods, bagels, snacks, etc.;

Gift Certificate Rewards Program for your guest, employees or yourself

• Fully customizable gift certificate. You decide how much you want to spend;
• Buy a two weekend night stay at the Grey Horse Inn and we will give the recipient(s) a complimentary “Hunt Country Upgrade” (wine and cheese plate) upon their arrival; or
• Buy a gift certificate for a one weekend night stay and we give the recipient(s) a bottle of wine upon their arrival.
